51 Royal Street Halls and Laundry Room
Vacuum front and back hall in 51 Royal Street including basement to back door and laundry room. Wipe as needed and be sure all marks are off of the paint on walls (scuffs) all cobwebs are sorted and do not open windows or turn off lights. Please wipe laundry room, vacuum and dust as appropriate for the setting and empty the small trash can into the large one. Bag change may not be needed.

47 Royal Street Back Hall and Laundry Area.
Vacuum back hall in 47 Royal Street (labeled Studio) including basement to back door and laundry room. NO MOP ON STAIRS OR LANDINGS.

Wipe stairs and walls as needed and be sure all marks are off of the paint on walls, marks on the risers (scuffs) all cobwebs are sorted, and do not open or close windows or turn off any lights.

Wipe and vacuum laundry room. Empty garbage and change bag.

43 Royal Street Front Entry and Back Hall - Wood floor Laundry Area

Vacuum front entry area with mailboxes (red door) and the back hall in 43 Royal Street - separate entry around the back. Include vacuuming and mopping the stairs, and walls down to the basement. Also tidy laundry area and wipe machines as needed - empty lint in garbage cans.
