Charming Brownstone - Classic Boston at its Best!

"From the minute the taxi pulled up in front of this Brownstone it was love at first sight. I loved the neighborhood, the neighbors, the trees all along the brick sidewalks, the restaurants (especially the Amsterdam Cafe on the corner for Breakfast) and everything about the area. It was safe and full of life. The studio apartment was absolutely beautiful. Quiet at night, a comfortable bed and everything was so clean it was like the whole thing was new. It had high ceilings, a great kitchen and it was a 3 minute walk to the orange line. No hotel could even come close to this flat. Thank you Richard and Victoria for thinking of every little thing and also, thanks for the bottle of wine."

Quiet, Clean and Beautiful

"I have done a few private rentals like this and so far this has been the best. I was most impressed with how clean it was. Every inch of the place was very, very clean, and I am picky. It seemed like everything was new inside the place - it had sprinklers and hard wired fire alarms which made me sleep well. I was worried about the bed because it is so important - maybe the most important thing and it was also very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston. The neighborhood is very classic - it feels like it was probably very much the same 150 years ago, except with out the electricity. The sidewalks are old brick and streets are lined down the middle with cobbles. Didn't meet Richard or Victoria but many thanks to them for putting together such a fine place in the city."

Best Stay Ever - Fell in love with everything.

"
Ok -I am not much of a raver, but I came to Boston for 5 days and stayed in this South End apartment. First, it is gorgeous when you approach, a magnificent, fully restored brownstone building with a real stoop. Inside is luxury furniture, high end granite counters, original wood floors and a very comfortable and easy to hide Murphy bed. The most striking is how clean everything is. Spotless. It had a nice shower and I loved the towels. Basically, this place is the opposite of a hotel where each thing is slightly disappointing - instead, everything is a pleasant surprise and better than expected. The neighborhood is great, use the T and took a taxi everywhere. Many thanks to Richard and Victoria for the bottle of wine and the great communication."

We loved the neighborhood - Called the Studio "Home".

"We loved the South End Studio! One week and we felt like we lived in Boston. The brownstone historic district is so quiet and so very neighborhood oriented. The restaurants were everywhere and all very good. We were glad to have the kitchen as it was nice to just eat at "home" a few nights. The studio was compact, but there was plenty of room, high ceilings and very quiet - especially being steps from down town it was amazing how peaceful the area is."

'What an amazing experience'

"Just left Studio 3 @ 17 Greenwich. What an amazing experience. My husband & I stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. This studio was the perfect size for us, is in a great location, and had all the amenities of home. It is less than a mile away from a parking garage and less than a 1/2 mile from a stop on the subway system. If you are looking for a cozy & quaint place to stay this is it! Enjoy!"
